Potrebno je
Za koru: 10 svjezih jaja, 200 gr secera, 2 vanilina secera, 5 kasika griza, 5 kasika ostrog brasna, 5 kasika kakaa, 5 kasika meda, 1.5 kesica praska za pecivo, 50 ml mlijeka, 270 ml ulja, prstohvat soli
Za fil: 50 ml mlijeka, 1 zelatin, 700 ml slatke pavlake, 2-3 kasike meda, 1/2 kasike arome vanile
Glazura za fil: 120 gr cokolade za kuvanje, 70 gr maslaca, 2 kasike ulja, 1 kasika vode,
Glazura za preliv:220 gr cokolade za kuvanje, 100 gr margarina, 3 kasike ulja, 1 kasika vode, 1 kasika secera u prahu
PRIPREMA
Za koru umutiti 5 jaja i 5 zumanaca sa secerom i vanilin secerom. Mutiti najjacom brzinom dok masa ne postane gusta i kremasta. Dodati brasno, prasak za pecivo, kakao, griz i lagano mutiti. Postepeno dodavati mlijeko, ulje i med. Dodati posebno umucen sneg od 5 belanaca (prethodno umucen s prstohvatom soli). Od ove smese ispeci dve kore u velikom cetvrtastom kalupu. Kalup obloziti pek papirom. Peci na temperaturi od 165 stepeni 12-13 minuta. Kada su goove kore izvaditi i ostavitida se ohlade. Pripremiti glazuru za fi. Sve sastojke istopiti na pari uz stalno mesanje. Staviti da se ohladi. Umutiti dobro ohladjenu slatku pavlaku u slag, zatim dodati zelatin (prethodno pripremljen), mleko, med, vanilinu aromu. Pola kreme premazati na jednu koru. Glazuru od cokolade, ohladjenu na sobnoj temperaturi, preliti preko kreme i izravnati tankim nozem. Staviti u frizder da se stegne. Pripremiti glazuru za preliv na isti nacin kao i prvu i staviti da se malo ohladi. Kada se glazura na kremi stegla izvaditi iz frizdera i polako dodavati drugi dio kreme na glazuru i lepo izravnati i ugladiti. Preko kreme staviti drugu koru i preliti glazurom i lepo poravnati.
